In a book entitled “Napoleon, in the Other World” written by an anonymous author believed to be 19th c. Swiss officer and “father of modern military strategy” Baron Antoine-Henri Jomini, whose works were taught at West Point before the Civil War, one reads:

“Zoroaster, the great philosopher of antiquity, with justice defined the world a discordant harmony of things.”
